We are on a mission.
A mission to change the world.
A mission to give children back their childhood.
A mission to make people understand that spending time outdoors is as important for children’s development as learning to read and write.
A mission to show that learning outside of the classroom engages and excites children in spectacular ways.
A mission to show that outdoor play is the key to improving children’s health, wellbeing and happiness.
A mission to make outdoor learning and play part of every child’s day, wherever they are in the world.
But we can’t do it alone.
We need you.
Join us.
Outdoor Classroom Day is back for another year! As the 2018 campaign gets underway, we are delighted that over 230,000 children are already registered to take part around the world. To make sure the campaign reaches more children than ever before, we are seeking NGO partners in the following countries to take the campaign to the next level: Argentina, France, Indonesia, New Zealand, Portugal, Saudi Arabia / Middle East, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Thailand, and Vietnam.
If you answered yes to any of the above, we’d love to hear from you! Find more information and an expression of interest form in our recruitment pack.
Together, we can change childhood for the better.

Hi, This year I have as a parent given the initiative to the local school my son is attending, to join the Outdoor Classroom Day. It was accepted and we are all looking forward to the 17th may. I am wondering if in this year you also offer free screening of The Project Wild Thing for the participating schools (last year’s message: https://outdoorclassroomday.com/2017/05/03/free-project-wild-thing-screenings-outdoor-classroom-day/). I would like to show this movie to the parents. Despite that we live in a rural area, children are just as much loosing contact with nature. The movie could be a real eye-opener for the parents. Best regards, Jana from Slovenia
